Elite Camps - Boston

FC Porto Camp in Boston was stablished with the purpose of giving youth players a real chance to experience the methodology of one of the world’s most traditional clubs. Official FC Porto coaches will conduct training sessions with local players, making an impact in their development process and providing a unique experience. This camp will consist of U9 to U14 age groups (boys and girls) and will run for a five-day period.

The FC Porto Camp in Toronto will provide players technical and tactical abilities, developing their competences to present more and better answers to the problems occuring in a match. In this experience, the coaches abilities can also be developed through theorectical and practical training provided by FC Porto coaches.

What do I need to bring?
You are required to bring soccer cleats and shin guards

What happens if the event gets cancelled due to the closure of the province in response to Covid-19?
You will receive a full refund (all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method)

Will Future Soccer follow all health and safety protocols regarding Covid-19?
Future Soccer will follow all health and safety protocols set by the province to ensure the safety of all participants

What if I want a refund?
Refunds are subject to the discretion of Future Soccer Inc.

What happens if a participant gets injured during the combine?
Our team will contact the participant’s emergency contact immediately and tend to the player’s needs with a first aid kit that will be available on premises. Medical professionals will be contacted, as needed.

When will I receive my uniform?
You will be contacted about the location date and time for pick-up. Those who are unable to pick-up prior to the camp, they will be able to receive their uniform on day one.

Prerequisites:

Future Soccer’s ID Combine is a high level event that will have the presence of scouts from pro clubs and leagues. Our scouting department will analyze all players and in case a player does not have an ideal profile, a full refund will be issued.

Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims

In consideration of Future Soccer Inc. (the "Company") permitting the individual(s) named below (collectively, the “Participant”) to participate in the Company’s soccer camp in Toronto, Canada which includes soccer tournaments, practices, warm-ups and training (collectively the “Activities”), and for other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, being the Participant and, if applicable, the Parent/Guardian of the Participant agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this "Agreement").

If from same immediate family, additional youth with the same parent/guardian may be identified and this Agreement acknowledged by the parent/guardian on their behalf.

  1. Assumption of Risks

PARTICIPANT IS AWARE AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THE ACTIVITIES INVOLVE MANY RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. PARTICIPANT IS VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES AND FREELY ACCEPTS AND FULLY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS INVOLVED AND THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY OR OTHERWISE.

  1. Release

Participant hereby expressly waives and releases any and all claims which Participant has or may in the future have against the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, officials, sponsors, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns and any vendor related to the Company’s soccer camp (collectively, "Releasees"), on account of injury, death or property damage arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Activities, due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation the negligence of the Company or any other Releasee, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care owing under occupiers liability legislation or otherwise. Participant covenants not to make or bring any such claim against the Company or any other Releasee, and forever releases and discharges the Company and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.

  1. Indemnity

Participant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable legal fees, in connection with any third-party claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or resulting from the Activities.

  1. Conduct

Participant agrees to follow all Company rules and directions related to the Activities. Participant represents that he/she is in good medical condition prior to participating in the Activities.

  1. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Company and Participant with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Agreement is binding on and shall enure to the benefit of Participant and Participant’s heirs and next-of-kin, and the Company and its successors and assigns. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the courts of Ontario, and Participant hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PARTICIPANT HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT PARTICIPANT IS VOLUNTARILY WAIVING SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS (ON PARTICIPANT’S BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF PARTICIPANT’S HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND NEXT-OF-KIN), INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY AND THE RELEASEES.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) named above. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, I hereby do consent to the terms and conditions of this Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims.
